  7. This file contains important license information regarding the
  8. use of Grocery Manager for Windows.  This information applies
  9. to individual users who wish to pass copies out to friends and
  10. associates.

  12. User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors,
  13. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should refer
  14. to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating to them.

  17. relating to them.

  26. Copyright (c) 1992, 1993 by Paul Davison. All rights reserved.

  28. This software is protected by United States Copyright law and also
  29. by International Treaty provisions. Any use of this software in
  30. violation of Copyright law or the terms of this limited license will
  31. be prosecuted to the best of our ability. The conditions under which
  32. you may copy this software is clearly outlined below under
  33. "Distribution Restrictions".

  36. this software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed
  37. sixty (60) days. If you intend to continue using this software after
  38. the sixty (60) day evaluation period, you MUST make a registration

  42. without registering the software is a violation of the terms of this
  43. limited license.

  47. program except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized
  48. use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  55. As the copyright holder for Grocery Manager for Windows, Absolute Value
  56. Software authorizes distribution by individuals only in accordance with
  57. the following restrictions.

  66. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Absolute Value Software
  67. to copy the Grocery Manager for Windows diskette for their own use
  68. (for evaluation purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY
  69. when the following conditions are met.

  71. The Grocery Manager for Windows package is defined as containing all
  72. the material listed in the PACKING.TXT file. If any files listed in
  73. the PACKING.TXT file, or the PACKING.TXT file itself, are missing,
  74. then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.
  75. Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.

  77. The Grocery Manager for Windows package - including all related program
  78. files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must
  79. be distributed as a complete package, without exception. The PACKING.TXT
  80. file contains a list of all files that are part of the Grocery Manager

  83. No price or other compensation may be charged for the Grocery Manager for
  84. Windows package.  A distribution cost may be charged for the cost of the
  85. diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not
  86. exceed US$8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.

  88. The Grocery Manager for Windows package CANNOT be sold as part of some
  89. other inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any commercial
  90. software packaging offer, without a written agreement from Absolute
  91. Value Software.

  93. The Grocery Manager for Windows package cannot be rented or leased
  94. to others.
